Just 140m from the building, there is also a bus stop with excellent connections throughout the city (lines: 6/8/9/201/202/131): from here you can reach the historic center, the bus and train station and the nearby ski slopes, located just 30 minutes away.

Just 300m from the building there is a large covered car park, which can be used by adding EUR 10.00 per day (instead of EUR 28.00), without the need for reservation. For those who need it, it is possible to store their bicycles in the cellar of the building.
